The Commercial Registry Service took these illegal actions in direct violation of human rights and natural law, and domestic and international laws and treaties, especially the Constitution of Greece. Consequently, despite our numerous written requests and the measures we have taken, we have been denied our right to a personal meeting to explain the situation, for a reason and justified rejection and the remedial measures
